SLUDGE SCREEN SR 04
The FSM SR04 is a pressurised, enclosed screening system installed inline and fed by a pumped flow or an elevated tank. It can run continuously or intermittently and is used to screen municipal and industrial sludges, as well as process water across a range of industries.
Easy to maintain – a two‑piece housing with a quick‑open flange connection between the screen and press zone.
Adaptable – the solids outlet features an infinitely adjustable cone, allowing the machine to match the specific type and volume of material being screened.
High throughput – no emissions – self‑cleaning.
Sensor data are continuously recorded and analysed to ensure safe operation of the system.
Performance – monitoring of cone control.
Pressure – monitoring for elevated P1 or differential pressure.
Operational interruption – a sludge probe monitors for liquid breakthrough.
