The Flo‑Drum fine screen delivers exceptionally high capture, confirmed by recent UK‑WIR testing. A Flo‑Drum with a 2 mm perforated plate achieves a verified 86% capture. Depending on the screen media and opening, it can serve as a high‑performance wastewater screen or a highly efficient MBR pre‑treatment screen.

Capture is boosted by the rotating drum’s triple seal, external cleaning brush, and water spray, which keep even small debris within the drum. Material collected on the inner drum surface is immediately dropped into the auger trough by a series of internal scoops. The auger then conveys the screenings from the trough to washing and dewatering.
