MULTIRAKE BAR SCREEN HUR - Traditional Heavy-Duty Coarse or Fine Bar Screen HUR αß - Multi-Angle Heavy-Duty Coarse or Fine Bar Screen
The traditional single‑angle FSM MultiRake bar screen is built for strength and durability and is most often used as the first stage in two‑ or three‑stage screening setups. It captures large debris to protect more sensitive downstream pre‑treatment equipment.
A single MultiRake unit can be up to 20 feet wide and 80 feet long, with installation angles from 50° to 90°. This is a heavy‑duty bar screen designed for heavy‑duty applications.
A second variant is the Multi‑Angle design. Here, the bar field sits in the channel at 30° and rises to an 85° dead plate, creating a larger screening area within a smaller footprint. The FSM MultiRake αβ design uses the same rake arrangement as the standard unit.
