Wastemaster 90° GCV & GCEV – Vertical Shafted Screw Screen
This SPECO screening system is purpose‑built for sites with narrow, constrained access, such as pump stations and deep CSO channels. Wastewater enters the unit via a flanged connection to the supply pipe. Collar clamp brackets and optional adjustable elevation feet enable quick, straightforward installation. A quick‑disconnect flange is available, along with a simple stabilising hoist mechanism.
Special segmented brushes provide continuous cleaning of the screen and are designed for easy replacement. The shaftless screw is made from a high‑alloy steel and incorporates a fixed centre pipe to prevent debris falling back.
A variant of the 90° system is available for deep, open channels. This in‑channel vertical design manages high upstream water levels with ease and retains all the well‑engineered features of the flanged screening system.
